Thank you for choosing Brow Theory HI. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review the appointment policies below before securing your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and appointment requirements.

Appointment Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking:
Booking Requirements
A $50 non-refundable deposit and clear photos of your brows and/or lips are required to finalize your appointment. Once your appointment is booked online, you will be contacted with instructions for submitting photos. Appointments that do not meet these requirements may be canceled.
Consent Forms
All required consent forms must be completed and submitted prior to your appointment.
No Call / No Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will not be eligible to book future appointments.
Guest Policy
To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, children and multiple guests are not permitted during appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will be required to reschedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
Deposit Transfer Policy
Deposits may be transferred one time when rescheduling with proper notice. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the original deposit and require a new $75 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure a future appointment.
