My Story
Aloha!
I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself! I’m Courtni, the owner and artist behind Brow Theory HI. Born and raised in Hawaii, I’ve always had a passion for beauty and makeup, which led me to the world of Permanent Makeup in 2018.
My journey started with my first certification from Nouveau Contour, but life (and the pandemic) put my career on pause. In 2023, I reignited my passion, earning my Powder Ombré Brows & Lip Blush certification from Jehanna Savini, owner of Brows By Jeeyonceslay. Since then, I’ve been committed to growing and refining my craft. In 2024, I traveled to Sacramento for Advanced Brow Training with Brenda Vang. I continued my education in 2025 by earning my Master Brows Certification in Maui. Most recently, in the summer of 2025, I was honored to be accepted into a mentorship program in Sacramento, where I further expanded my technique so I could bring that knowledge and artistry back home to Hawai'i.
My priority is delivering high-quality, natural-looking results through advance techniques and continued education. I look forward to working with you and strive to bring both beauty and simplicity to your every day routine.
