Powder Ombre Eyebrows

Service Description

Powder Ombre Eyebrows is a cosmetic tattoo or micro pigmentation. A motorized machine is used to implant pigment into upper layers of the skin. "Ombre" meaning the tail of the eyebrow is darker, with softer/lighter fronts. This technique is suitable for all skin types. Permanent Makeup lasts 1-3 years with annual touchups to maintain them. Please read the CONTRAINDICATIONS in the Highlights tab before booking. Please email brow.theory.hi@gmail.com or DM a picture of your eyebrows in natural light prior to booking. ANY work done by another artist is considered a Coverup/Correction. If you previously had Permanent Makeup this will need to be color corrected before I can proceed with the tattoo.
